It was a hundred and nine degrees yesterday so I have to keep reminding myself that we are in fact heading into the Fall season. I saw a recipe on Pinterest for these yummy pumpkin muffins. The recipe from Sweet Verbena is a two ingredient recipe, but I made it more complicated:) I turned it into a three ingredient recipe. What is the third ingredient you may wonder . . . chocolate chips. Mmm.
In a large bowl combine pumpkin and cake mix. Blend until creamy!
Stir in chocolate chips . . .look out for four year olds who like to snitch.
Fill your cup cake pan. These will not rise, so however you plop the mix in is how it will cook.
Bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
They come out so yummy!
